How do I get Zagly?
Zagly is in a private beta on iPhone through Apple's TestFlight. Join the waitlist, and we'll email you an invite when there's room.
A sticker failed or never arrived
The AI models sometimes refuse a photo, or just get it wrong. Tap retry, or try another model. Leaving the app while a sticker is being made is fine: it checks again when you come back. There's also a daily limit per phone during the beta.
My sticker doesn't move after I paste it in WhatsApp
Use Copy for chat. It copies an animated GIF, which WhatsApp plays. To keep a sticker in WhatsApp's sticker tray, use Add to WhatsApp instead.
I added a pack again and now I have two
That's a known WhatsApp quirk on iPhone: adding a pack again makes a copy instead of updating it. You can delete the extra one in WhatsApp's sticker settings.
Who owns the stickers I make?
You do. See the terms.
How do I delete my data?
Stickers live on your phone, so deleting the app deletes them. To delete what our server keeps about your install, or your waitlist email, email us. The privacy page lists what we keep.
Someone made a sticker of me that I don't like
Stickers are made and kept on the sender's phone, so we can't pull them back from a chat. But tell us anyway: abusive use breaks our terms, and we'll do what we can.
