Terms of use
Last updated 4 November 2026
The short version: you own the stickers you make. Only use photos you have the right to use. Don't make stickers that sexualise, harass or deceive. The beta is free and may break.
Who you're dealing with
Zagly is made by Jay Brand, an independent developer in Sofia, Bulgaria ("we"). You can reach us at hello@zagly.com. By using the Zagly app or this website, you agree to these terms.
The beta
Zagly is a free, private beta. Features, AI models and daily limits may change, and we may pause or end the beta at any time. Some generations will fail or look odd. That's part of testing.
Your stickers
- You own the stickers you make. We claim no ownership of your photos, prompts or stickers.
- To make a sticker, you allow us and our AI provider to process your photo and prompt. This permission covers only making and delivering that sticker. See Privacy.
- Stickers are made with AI and carry a small Zagly watermark. Don't remove it in order to pass a sticker off as real footage.
Your photos
You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you bring into Zagly. If a photo shows other people, they (or, for a child, a parent or guardian) must be fine with being turned into a sticker.
What's off limits
Don't use Zagly to make or share:
- sexual or nude content of anyone, or any content that sexualises or endangers children
- stickers meant to bully, harass, threaten or humiliate a real person
- hate against people because of who they are
- fake content meant to make people believe something false about a real person
- other people's copyrighted characters, logos or artwork that you have no right to use
- anything illegal where you or the recipient live
Our AI provider may refuse some photos or prompts. We may block or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
No warranty
Zagly is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will work, be available or produce any particular result. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you or the people you send stickers to use them. None of this limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim there.
Changes
We'll update these terms as Zagly grows, and change the date at the top. If you keep using Zagly after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
